I have brought my dogs here for about two years. I have never had a bad experience here. All of the staff are so nice and compassionate. Morgan at the front desk is always so professional and able to squeeze us in if need be. Dr. Clark recently operated on my beloved chihuahua and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Katelyn the surgical tech is also one of the friendliest people I have met!! She has been so helpful in the post-op period. Overall, I cannot give enough props to the team at PAH.
I started bringing my two dogs here for doggy day care in December. I am so happy we made the switch- the facility is so clean, the staff is amazing and truly love all the dogs! It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my dogs are being loved and taken care of while I am at work! This is how they sleep when they get home- truly exhausted from playing all day!
I go there with Sheila Cochran for her two dogs. They saved her youngest dog's life about 7 years ago taking care of her hip problems. I would recommend them to anyone for routine care or major problems? The account courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend these vets to anyone to me. They're absolutely the best. You won't find better anywhere
I have nothing but positive things to say about Pembroke Animal Hospital. Their love and passion for taking care of animals is very apparent from the second you walk in to the place. They take equal care of animals from big to small. Finding a vet that takes care of exotic pets with the same seriousness as traditional household animals, has been a challenge. But I can assure you that this place is very equitable for all animals. I've been taking my pet rats their for the past year, and they've always treated them with excellent care and affection. If you're looking for an equitable and amazing vet, this is the place for you.
Pembroke Animal hospital has been wonderful to me & my terrier mix Tia. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. They listen when I tell them even the smallest details about my girl. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional veterinary hospital with a wonderful team of vets, techs and receptionists.
The vets are very caring and the staff is always welcoming and delightful to interact with. We just brought our two elderly cats there for a checkup and they did a very thorough job.
Very accommodating with helping me make a payment on someone else's account. The office girls were pleasant and helpful.
First visit with the clinic. Had a brief wait but Dr. Julian was very attentive once we were brought back. Thorough exam was done and prices are available so you can make informed decisions. Clean facility. We are looking forward to seeing them as our vet for our dog.
